The 24 Hours of Le Mans is one of motorsport’s most iconic events, drawing over 250 000 spectators to the Circuit des 24 Heures du Mans each June. That level of attendance creates a transport challenge unlike any other in France: ring roads gridlocked for hours, campsites a 45-minute walk from the circuit, and Sunday evening returns that stretch a two-hour drive to five. A private Mercedes V-Class solves every element of this equation. You are collected from your Paris hotel or CDG airport at a precise time, driven directly to the circuit entrance, and your chauffeur’s sole focus is your comfort and punctuality — not navigating shared shuttles or hunting for a parking spot in a field of 80 000 cars. For groups of 4 to 7, the per-person cost becomes very competitive compared to rental cars, fuel, motorway tolls, and circuit parking.

The 93rd edition of the 24 Hours of Le Mans takes place on 13–14 June 2026. The weekend programme begins on Wednesday 10 June with the traditional driver scrutineering and the Le Mans city-centre parade on Friday 12 June afternoon — a spectacular free event on the streets of Le Mans that many enthusiasts attend before race day. The race itself starts at 16:00 on Saturday 13 June and finishes exactly 24 hours later at 16:00 on Sunday 14 June. The circuit is located 215 km south-west of Paris, approximately 2 hours by road in normal conditions. On race Saturday morning, the A11 and N23 approaches are already congested by 08:00. Our recommendation: travel on Friday afternoon or Saturday before dawn for maximum comfort.

The Circuit des 24 Heures covers 13.626 km of partially closed public roads and a dedicated permanent section. For passenger drop-off, our drivers use the main circuit access roads to reach the Tribune Bleue (main grandstand area) and the Bugatti Circuit entrance on the eastern side, which is better suited for late arrivals during the race itself. Corporate hospitality zones on the pit straight have dedicated vehicle access lanes; if you hold hospitality passes, let us know and we will co-ordinate delivery to the correct gate. For return journeys after the 16:00 Sunday finish, we recommend a pre-planned 17:30 pickup at a designated meeting point (shared at booking) to avoid the post-race road closure windows that can delay spontaneous departures by 2–3 hours.

Every Le Mans transfer is operated in our Mercedes-Benz V-Class Extra Long — the benchmark for premium group travel in France. With seating for up to 7 passengers and a generous boot for race weekend luggage, camping gear or corporate hospitality bags, the V-Class absorbs the journey in genuine comfort. The tri-zone air conditioning, full leather interior and panoramic windows make the 2-hour Paris–Le Mans route an experience in itself rather than a chore. Free WiFi means your group can watch live timing, track weather conditions or simply relax before the race. Tinted windows provide privacy on the circuit approach roads. For the Sunday evening return, the quiet interior invites well-earned rest on the way back to Paris.
We offer three clear packages for the 2026 race weekend, covering every scenario from a simple transfer to a full multi-day concierge service:
Race weekend transfers sell out — confirm your booking 4 to 6 weeks before 13 June, or earlier for the full weekend package
Saturday morning approach roads are congested from 08:00 — Friday afternoon or Saturday pre-dawn is significantly smoother
Sunday 16:00 finish creates immediate gridlock — pre-arrange a 17:30 pickup point to avoid the worst delays
The 24h runs through the night — if you are attending the night session, confirm your return time with your driver in advance
Drove us to Le Mans for the 2025 edition. Smooth 2-hour ride, professional driver, on time both ways. Will absolutely book again for 2026.
We were 6 friends going to the 24h. The V-Class was perfect — comfortable, plenty of room for our bags, and we could nap on the way back Sunday night.
Avoided the parking chaos at the circuit entirely. Driver dropped us right at the main entrance on Saturday and picked us up Sunday evening as planned. Excellent.
Made the whole Le Mans weekend so easy. The race was incredible — and having no car or parking worries was absolutely priceless. Highly recommend KAR GO.
Professional service for our group of four. The driver knew the area well, suggested a great lunch stop in Chartres, and navigated the circuit approach roads perfectly.
Everything you need to know about private chauffeur transport to the 24 Hours of Le Mans 2026.
In normal conditions, the Paris–Le Mans journey in our Mercedes V-Class takes approximately 2 hours via the A11 motorway (215 km). On race weekend — particularly Saturday morning — the same journey can take 3 to 4 hours due to convergent traffic on the N23 and circuit approach roads. We plan departure times carefully around your schedule and the race programme to ensure you arrive with time to enjoy the atmosphere before your session.
Yes. Our Race Weekend Package (€2 500) includes a dedicated driver on standby throughout the event — available for hotel transfers, circuit runs and your final Sunday return. For the standard round-trip booking, we agree a scheduled Sunday pickup time at booking. If your plans change during the race, simply contact your driver directly: we are flexible and will always find a solution.
We pick up from any Paris hotel, private address, or directly from CDG or Orly airport. Airport pickups include a meet-and-greet in the arrivals hall with a name board and 45 minutes of complimentary waiting time for flight arrivals. At the circuit, we drop off at the main entrance (Tribune Bleue), the Bugatti Circuit access, or the hospitality zone of your choice. Meeting point details are confirmed at booking.
Absolutely. Many of our Le Mans guests stop for lunch in Chartres (just 45 minutes from Paris) or to admire the Chartres Cathedral — a UNESCO World Heritage Site and one of the finest Gothic buildings in the world. We also accommodate stops in Le Mans city centre to visit the medieval Églé neighbourhood before heading to the circuit. Reasonable en-route stops are included at no extra charge.
We strongly recommend booking 4 to 6 weeks before race weekend minimum. Our fleet is limited and demand peaks sharply in the 3–4 weeks before the event. For the full Race Weekend Package, corporate bookings and groups of 5–7 passengers, we advise booking 2 to 3 months in advance to secure vehicle and driver availability. A booking confirmed in advance also protects you against last-minute price increases.
Yes. Beyond the 24 Hours, we cover all major events at Circuit des 24 Heures and the Bugatti Circuit: Le Mans Classic (biennial vintage race), the French MotoGP round at Bugatti Circuit, the 24 Hours Trucks, and corporate track days. If you are attending any Sarthe motorsport event, contact us for a tailored quote — we know the circuit and the approach routes exceptionally well.
We monitor your flight arrival in real time if you provide your flight number at booking. Your driver will adjust the pickup time accordingly and wait up to 45 minutes free of charge from your scheduled landing time. For longer delays on race weekend, we will contact you directly to review options and reschedule if necessary. You are never left waiting at the airport.
The price covers the entire vehicle, not per passenger. The Mercedes V-Class seats up to 7 passengers, making the per-person cost very competitive: a round-trip at €1 080 divided between 6 friends is €180 per person — often less than a rental car when you factor in fuel, tolls (€60–1100 return), circuit parking (€80–150) and the value of arriving stress-free. For groups, a private transfer is simply the best value option.
