From Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport (CDG), our Mercedes V-Class follows the A10 motorway south through Île-de-France, the Beauce plateau (with optional Chartres Cathedral lunch stop) and into the Loir-et-Cher department. The 230 km route to Chambord/Blois takes approximately 2h30 in normal conditions; 2h45 to Amboise, 3h to Chenonceau, and 3h15 to Tours. The Loire Valley — UNESCO World Heritage Site since 2000 — stretches over 280 km along France's longest river and contains over 300 châteaux, the legacy of French kings and Renaissance courtiers (15th-17th centuries). Your professional English-speaking chauffeur tracks your flight in real time and adjusts pickup automatically — no extra charge for early or late landings. Free 60-minute wait at CDG after wheels-down (90 minutes for international arrivals). Optional 30-minute Versailles or Chartres Cathedral stop on outbound — perfect first taste of French royal history before the Loire Valley itself.

The Loire Valley earns its nickname "Garden of France" from its temperate climate, fertile soils and royal history. The châteaux fall into three architectural groups: medieval defensive fortresses (Loches, Chinon, Langeais), Renaissance pleasure palaces commissioned by Francis I and his successors (Chambord — the most ambitious, 440 rooms, 365 chimneys, double-helix staircase attributed to Leonardo da Vinci; Amboise — Da Vinci's final residence with his tomb in Saint-Hubert chapel; Blois — five centuries of architecture in one courtyard), and the romantic gem Chenonceau (the "ladies' château" spanning the Cher river, owned successively by Diane de Poitiers and Catherine de Medici). Don't miss the gardens of Villandry (six terraced French Renaissance gardens), the hunting château of Cheverny (inspiration for Tintin's Marlinspike Hall, also 70-hound kennel and afternoon Soupe des Chiens feeding ritual), and the romantic Azay-le-Rideau on its island in the Indre. Wine country: Vouvray, Chinon, Bourgueil, Sancerre. Michelin-starred dining: Auberge du Bon Laboureur (Chenonceau), Domaine des Hauts de Loire, La Promenade. Our Mercedes V-Class delivers you anywhere in the region with chauffeur waiting on-site between château visits.

Booking is online 24/7 with instant confirmation. We monitor your flight in real time and adjust pickup automatically. Our Loire Valley service offers two main configurations: (1) Direct transfer CDG → Loire Valley hotel (2h30-3h15 depending on destination), then your chauffeur leaves; or (2) Full-day private circuit — chauffeur stays with you all day visiting 3-4 châteaux of your choice with on-site waiting between each, returning you to your hotel or back to CDG/Paris in the evening. Most popular full-day combinations: (a) Chambord + Cheverny + Chenonceau (south-Blois loop); (b) Amboise + Clos Lucé (Da Vinci) + Chenonceau (Touraine loop); (c) Villandry + Azay-le-Rideau + Ussé (Sleeping Beauty château). Standard inclusions: Mercedes V-Class Extra Long (up to 7 passengers with luggage), English-speaking professional chauffeur with knowledge of the region, flight tracking, complimentary bottled water, free onboard WiFi, all motorway tolls (~€25 for A10) and parking fees, all on-site waiting. Optional add-ons: lunch reservation at a Loire winery or Michelin-starred restaurant, Saumur or Chinon wine tasting, return transfer the same evening or next day. Available 24/7 year-round. Cancellation free up to 24h before pickup.

Everything you need to know before booking your private transfer from Paris CDG Airport to the Loire Valley and its UNESCO royal châteaux.
Approximately 2h30 to Chambord/Blois via A10 (230 km); 2h45 to Amboise, 3h to Chenonceau, 3h15 to Tours. We track your flight in real time and adjust pickup automatically.
Yes — our most popular service is a full-day private circuit. Most-requested combinations are Chambord + Cheverny + Chenonceau (south-Blois loop) or Amboise + Clos Lucé + Chenonceau (Touraine loop). Your chauffeur stays with you all day, waiting on-site between visits, returning you to CDG, Paris or your hotel in the evening.
We don't include château entry tickets in our quote — these are paid by you on arrival or pre-purchased online (recommended in high season to skip queues). Your chauffeur can advise on opening hours, audio guide options and best visit order. Châteaux pricing varies (~€10-19 per château).
If pressed for time: Chambord (the largest, most spectacular Renaissance château, with the famous double-helix staircase) or Chenonceau (the most photogenic, spanning the Cher river). Both are easily reachable as day trips from CDG. With our chauffeur, two châteaux in one day is comfortable; three is optimal.
Yes — onward transfers are available: Loire Valley → Bordeaux (3h via A10), Loire Valley → Atlantic coast (La Rochelle, 2h30), Loire Valley → Champagne, or Loire Valley → Limoges/Dordogne. Quoted at booking.
Spring (April-June): blooming gardens, fewer crowds, mild weather — ideal. Summer (July-August): peak tourist season, longer opening hours but crowded, son et lumière night shows at Chambord and Blois. Autumn (September-October): grape harvest in Loire wineries, fewer crowds, golden colours. We operate year-round; winter visits offer near-private viewing.
