The Paris Air Show draws over 300 000 visitors across seven days, with the first four — the professional trade days — representing some of the most commercially dense days in the global aerospace calendar. For executives, procurement officers, journalists and delegation leaders attending back-to-back meetings, personal transport is not a luxury: it is a competitive tool. A dedicated KAR GO chauffeur eliminates every logistical friction point. There is no parking to find in the limited and expensive Le Bourget parking facilities, no navigating a congested public transport network with a laptop bag, and no risk of arriving late to a chalet meeting because a bus was full. Our drivers know the Le Bourget exhibition layout and the optimal approach routes for each entrance. You step out of the vehicle prepared, punctual and composed.
The 54th edition of the Salon International de l’Aéronautique et de l’Espace takes place from 15 to 21 June 2026 at Parc des Expositions de Paris-Le Bourget, Seine-Saint-Denis. Exhibition hours run from 09:00 to 18:00 daily. Monday 15 June through Thursday 18 June are reserved exclusively for trade professionals — aerospace executives, defence contractors, government delegations, media and industry buyers. Friday 19 through Sunday 21 June open to the general public. Wednesday 17 June is traditionally the most intense day for corporate activity, with Defence Day drawing high-level government and military delegations. Traffic around Le Bourget is significantly heavier on this day; we recommend adding 15–20 minutes to your transfer schedule. From central Paris, Le Bourget is 12 km by road (25–35 minutes in normal conditions). From CDG Airport, the exhibition is just 15 km (20–30 minutes). From Orly, allow 35 km and 40–55 minutes. Public transport alternatives — RER B to Le Bourget station then a shuttle bus — are functional but slow, crowded and unsuitable for the professional image expected of senior executives during a major international event.

Paris-Le Bourget Exhibition Centre has several distinct access points that serve different visitor profiles. The Northern Entrance serves Halls 1, 2 and 3, where most international exhibitors and conference halls are located — this is the standard drop-off point for trade visitors without a chalet. The Western Entrance provides direct access to the Static Display area and is the preferred route for visitors with aeronautical accreditation or access to the outdoor flight display zones. The VIP Chalet area on the southern perimeter of the main runway has a dedicated vehicle access lane for credentialed guests — if you hold hospitality passes or are meeting a host at a specific chalet, inform us at booking and we coordinate delivery to the correct access point. The Press Centre also has a dedicated vehicle drop-off area. For return pickups, we pre-agree a meeting point and time based on your schedule, allowing us to position the vehicle before the end of your day to minimise waiting time at peak departure hours.
Every Paris Air Show transfer is operated in our Mercedes-Benz V-Class Extra Long — the benchmark for executive group transport in France and the standard vehicle for corporate delegations attending international exhibitions. The V-Class seats up to 7 passengers, making it ideal for delegation teams, press groups or multi-executive transfers between hotels and the exhibition centre. Tinted windows ensure complete privacy for sensitive conversations during the 25–35 minute transfer window. Full leather interior, tri-zone climate control and a quiet cabin environment allow productive pre-meeting preparation. For Daily Chauffeur Package clients, a 220V laptop power outlet is available, enabling full workstation capability during longer waiting periods. Complimentary WiFi means your team can stay connected to live news feeds, company communications and exhibition schedules throughout the day. For clients requiring NDA-level discretion, our drivers are briefed on confidentiality protocols prior to assignment.
We offer four clear packages for the 2026 Paris Air Show, designed to match every professional visitor profile — from a single arrival transfer to a full multi-day delegation service:
Monday–Thursday (professional days) have the highest demand — corporate bookings fill our fleet faster than public days. Confirm early, especially for the Daily Package.
Defence Day (Wednesday 17 June) generates the heaviest vehicular traffic around Le Bourget. Build 15–20 extra minutes into your Wednesday transfer schedule.
Our Daily Package clients consistently cite multi-stop capability as the key value: hotel → breakfast meeting → exhibition → chalet lunch → press briefing → dinner, all in one seamless booking.
If you are attending a hosted event in a corporate chalet, share your host’s access instructions at booking. VIP chalet lanes require advance coordination — do not leave this to the morning of your visit.
Used KAR GO for our 4-person delegation during the 2023 Air Show. Smooth service, driver knew the venue layout perfectly. Will absolutely rebook for 2026.
The multi-day package was exactly what we needed. Driver on standby allowed us to leverage spontaneous business meetings throughout the week.
Booked airport pickup plus a 3-day Air Show service. Best decision of the trip — avoided all the traffic and parking nightmares entirely.
Confidential transport for our executive team. Discreet, professional and on time every single day. Strong recommendation for corporate clients.
Excellent service for our delegation. The driver spoke excellent English and was very patient with our last-minute schedule changes. Very professional.
Everything you need to know about professional executive transport to the Paris Air Show 2026.
From central Paris hotels (1st–8th arrondissement), the journey to Le Bourget Exhibition Centre takes 25–35 minutes in standard conditions. During Air Show week, particularly on Wednesday (Defence Day), we recommend allowing 45–50 minutes. CDG Airport to Le Bourget is 20–30 minutes. All transfer times are monitored in real time by our dispatch team, who communicate any delays to your driver proactively.
Yes. Our Daily Chauffeur Package (€600) includes 8 hours of dedicated service with the driver available for pickup at any time within your booking window. This is the most popular option for trade day visitors with full professional programmes. For shorter visits, we offer a round-trip same-day booking (€250) with a pre-agreed return time.
Absolutely. Our Multi-Day Air Show Package (€1 800–€3 500 for 3–7 days) provides daily chauffeur service throughout your exhibition attendance. This includes hotel transfers each morning and evening, exhibition access, networking dinner transport and flexible schedule adjustments. We build the package around your specific itinerary, including airport pickup on your first day and drop-off on your last.
Yes. The Mercedes V-Class comfortably seats up to 7 passengers with luggage, making it ideal for delegation teams. For groups exceeding 7, we coordinate multiple vehicles with unified scheduling — all vehicles arrive simultaneously to the same entrance. Group and corporate delegation pricing is available on request.
Yes. We serve all 7 days of the Paris Air Show (15–21 June 2026). However, the four professional trade days (Monday–Thursday) are our busiest period and availability is limited. We strongly recommend booking trade day transfers as early as possible — ideally 3 to 6 weeks in advance.
Yes. A popular option for international visitors is our Airport + Exhibition package: we collect you at CDG, Orly or Le Bourget private terminal on your arrival day, transfer you to your Paris hotel, and provide daily Air Show service throughout your stay. Flight tracking is included at no extra charge. Provide your flight details at booking and your driver adjusts to your actual landing time.
Discretion is a core part of our service for corporate clients. Our drivers are briefed on confidentiality protocols prior to assignment for sensitive engagements. Tinted windows on all V-Class vehicles ensure complete privacy in transit. NDA documentation is available on request for clients requiring formal written confidentiality agreements. We have transported senior executives, government officials and press professionals under these arrangements.
Yes. Send us your itinerary — dates, number of passengers, hotel names, preferred pickup and drop-off times, and any special requirements — and we will provide a tailored written quote within 24 hours. For delegations of 5 or more people, or multi-day bookings, we recommend contacting us at least 4 weeks before the Air Show for best availability and priority vehicle allocation.
